Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tika24 platform (“Service”), operated by WayDigit (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Tika24.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Tika24, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are intended for individual use unless multiple users are added through workspace functionality, and you must not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. License & Use Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tika24 for internal business purposes only. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the Service, reverse engineer or attempt to access its source code, resell or commercially exploit it, use it to build competing products, or otherwise misuse or disrupt the platform.
4. Subscription & Payments
Tika24 operates on a subscription basis, with payments billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and automatically renewed unless cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payments are generally non-refundable, including in cases of partial use, downgrades, or unused time, unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Tika24, including projects, time logs, and reports. You grant us a limited license to process and store this data for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell your data.
6. Team Monitoring & Responsibility
Tika24 includes features such as team capacity tracking and productivity analytics, and the workspace owner or administrator is solely responsible for how these features are used. Any monitoring of employees or users must comply with applicable laws, and users must be properly informed where required. Tika24 is not responsible for any misuse of monitoring features.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a stable and reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access to the account will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will be error-free or meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or business, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or interruptions and technical failures.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may include integrations with third-party tools, and we are not responsible for their functionality or data practices.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated version.
12. General Terms
These Terms do not create any partnership or employment relationship. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WayDigit operates.
